If you haven’t done much upper body training this class is a great place to start. Ensure you choose the right weights for you. It is good to have a range of weights so you can mix the weights up depending on what weight you need for each body part. They all need something different and some muscles may be stronger than others depending on where you are at.


Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy) + Long Resistance Bands (for pulling)

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
