Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy) + Sliders 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room they need: 1 mat

Tips: Even if you don’t feel like you are advanced you can try this class and see how you go. You could also do half of the class and work up to the full 45 minutes. A challenge is never a bad thing as long as you are moving with good technique.
