Repetition and consistency is everything. If you go to a gym and get a Personal Trainer, they will give you a programme and you would do this programme for 4-6 weeks pending on how your body responds. We are emulating this process and giving you the choice to do exactly this. A programme you can take with you wherever you are, whenever you choose. You can even create your own programmes if you wish by saving your chosen videos to your profile page.
All our programmes are bespoke and relevant for each level. They are an ABF Fusion mixing Pilates and PT together to give you an overall workout targeting total body strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardio. We encourage you to track your progress. Take some photos and film yourself doing certain moves you find challenging; this is a great way to monitor your results.
You could also start a wellness journal, note how you are feeling day to day, how the workout went, how your energy levels are, what you are eating, how you are sleeping, how you are feeling on an emotional level and what’s going on in your life that may affect your journey and so on. This is a great way to track your journey and it will give you invaluable insight into what’s going on for you.
