Equipment Needed : Pilates Ring, Thick Fabric + Small Latex Loop Resistance Bands 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

What it works : Lower body and abdominals   

How much room do you need : One mat space

Tips : See paired workouts to build abdominal endurance/strength and deepen your practice (Ab Series) and for your warm up and cool down. If you want to make the exercises harder use heavier bands or stack the bands.
