This total body workout has loads of juicy unilateral work (single arm and single leg) targeting all planes of movement (front, side, back and rotation). This workout is a longer form workout for those days when you have a bit more time. This is a great class for someone who wants to experiment with different movement patterns and try some exercises to challenge stability, core and ab endurance.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room they need: 1 mat

Tips: Experiment with the weights and pace. The class is done to time so you can move at your own pace.
