Zoe has designed a great contemporary pilates sequence using moves and modifications from BASI Pilates sprinkled with her own style and flow. This class is slow and controlled focusing on technique and connection.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: If you struggle with any moves stop the video, rewind and practise. Often the first time you do new Pilates classes it takes a few goes before the work is in your body.
