Perfect visual meditation for first thing in the morning; to ground your energy and set you up for the day ahead. Often when we first wake, our brains can get filled with the thousand things that we need to do that day, so it’s especially important that we start slowly and with intention, to have the most successful day. Take this meditation either lying down (still in bed is also an option!) or sat down in a chair or on your mat.
