This visualisation practice is great to do half way through your day, or during a busy afternoon when you need a moment to restore your brain power. Also works brilliantly if you can follow it with a little bit of fresh air as well! If you’re pushed for time this can even be done still sat at your desk. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
