A chance to rest and restore. This practice will encourage you to let go of the day thus far. A visual meditation to remove all that no longer serves you, winding you down at the end of the day. This session is great to do after work, or any time in the evening (can even be done in bed to help you drift off to sleep). You will be left feeling peaceful and ready for the end of the day. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
