This is a 10 minute meditation lead by A Body Forever meditation coach Emily Aithcheson (@lunacirclewellness8447). This meditation was designed to shift your mindset and help you create the power to tap into your future self, the one you have always wanted to be. This is not about, not being good enough now, this is about elevation. You may be striving for change, wanting to creating new habits, or wanting to manifest some new successes, whatever it is, this meditation will help you create space to visualise it and grasp it.
