Here is a list of the things you will need to start your ABF journey.

*A dedicated space at home, in a gym or studio to move your body and meditate

WEIGHTS
WEIGHTS – ROUGH GUIDELINES
It is always good to have a range of weights to work with but we would suggest the below to start. The weights you choose will depend on how experienced you are and what you are currently doing.
LIGHT WEIGHTS – UPPER BODY
One to two sets
Beginner – 1kg to 4kg
Intermediate – 4kg to 7kg
Advanced – 7kg – 12kg (or more if you workout all the time and are very strong)
MEDIUM TO HEAVY – LOWER BODY
One to two sets
Beginner – 5kg to 8kg
Intermediate – 8kg to 12kg
Advanced – 10kg – 15kg (or more if you workout all the time and are very strong)
ABF HOME STUDIO
MEDITATION
There is nothing you need to know in advance here. All you need is yourself and an open mind. It can help to have wireless headphones to deepen your experience but it is not necessary.
