Your programme is designed over a week and is to be repeated for 6 weeks. It is important you do not defer from your programme. Repetition is at the heart of any growth. Each week you should login and move your classes to the days that work best for you. Please ensure you do the same classes each week in the order you choose. By doing this you make a commitment to yourself and ABF whilst holding yourself accountable. 


Moving Your Workouts Around

You do this by clicking on the arrows to the left of the workout and dragging the workouts around. The days will stay the same but the workouts will move to the day you drop it in. 

Please do not hesitate to click the  “Ask A Question” button if you want to switch out a class or have any questions about modifications, progressions or regressions.
