This meditation is a great session for when you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsteady or dealing with an unwelcome emotion. It will help you relax and reset, helping you to tune into the connectedness of your whole being. This session can be done anytime of day and it can be useful to have a journal nearby to write down anything that comes to you after the meditation. Can be done lying down, or sat down- whatever feels most comfortable to you in the moment. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

I am pretty much a beginner when it comes to meditation. I did this late in the evening and it helped to settle a jumble of thoughts nagging my tired brain. As it's short, it would be useful to do at any time you need to calm down and reset.
